History of the Advent Wreath

The Advent wreath is part of our long-standing Catholic tradition. However, the actual origins are uncertain. Winter Coat and Boot Drive

MEN OF ST ELIZABETH (MoSE)
6th Annual Winter Coat and Boot Drive

Donations will be collected before and after all Masses the weekend of December 4 and 5!

New and gently-used men’s winter parkas and winter boots are desperately needed for the homeless men in our area. HIHI will distribute the clothing to homeless men in our community. The men are in need of coat sizes M-XL and boot sizes from 8½-10½. If someone who has worldly means sees a brother in need and refuses him compassion, how can the love of God remain in him? Children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth. [1 John 3:17]
